Our trail system consists of hundreds of miles of plowed roads, seasonal roads, and privately owned lands. We maintain the main hub of Tug Hill which consists of the highest traffic in the area. Please support us and respect others as well as stay on marked trail.
We have a few trail changes for this upcoming season. The trail that leads to Stewarts in Lowville is CLOSED on request of a new landowner. This trail is open for locals to ride out to the hill above the closed section but the trail will not lead to stewarts. There is windmill work going on around our trail system. This will result in a few plowed roads for the beginning of the season, we hope to have the trails back to normal towards the end of the season. Plowed roads will be from Flat Rock Inn to Carey Road and about a mile of Carey Road. Moran Road will be completely plowed. A portion of Rector Road to Poor Road. Poor Road will be completely plowed. From Poor Road towards Flat Rock about ¼ mile until the windmill entrance. Graves Road to Tool Road will also be plowed as always due to somebody living up there. I know this may seem difficult but we have to deal with it. There will be snow left on the roads to ride on. Please remember this is not permanent. We will get our trail system back to normal when the windmill work is completed. Be extra cautious while this work is going on, there will be heavy equipment moving around the trails. Slow down and be cautious. See our facebook for daily updates!
